How to Play

Every Kluth Studios game follows the same philosophy. Click the link, play immediately. This page covers what they all share, then hands you off to each game's own how-to-play page for the specifics.

What the games have in common

  • Instant browser play. Open the live URL and you're in. No install, no account, no payment, ever.
  • Keyboard-first, with touch where it fits. Every game plays great on a keyboard. Lisa Climber, Lisetris, and Spindrift also support touch, and Lisa's Tapistry, Lisa's Hexscape, and Diamond Dynasty are built for touch first, so phones and tablets work well. Skyroute has enough controls that it strongly prefers a keyboard.
  • Scores and progress live in your browser. High scores, stats, and settings are stored locally on the device you play on; nothing is sent to a server.
  • Near-universal keys. P or Esc pauses and M mutes in almost every game. Skyroute is the one that reshuffles the deck. There, Esc pauses, V toggles sound, M opens the minimap, and P engages the autopilot.
note

Because everything is stored locally, a different browser, a different device, or a private window starts fresh; there are no accounts and no cloud sync. Guard the browser that holds your high scores.

Lisa Climber

Summit Smash is a vertical climb. Six stages, eight layers each, three hearts, and a lava-red kill floor waiting below. Hop between brick, ice, water, and grass platforms, dodge icicles and patrolling critters, and grab gems and money bags to build your score multiplier. Press any key or tap to start. Full controls and stage notes: Lisa Climber How to Play.

Lisetris

A falling-block puzzle with a love story. Move with / (or A/D), soft drop with , hard drop with Space, rotate with or X (and back with Z), and hold a piece with C or Shift. Classic mode speeds up as you clear rows until the well tops out; Relaxed mode is exactly what it sounds like. Full details: Lisetris How to Play.

Lisa's Tapistry

A cozy tap-away mosaic puzzle. Each level is a grid of arrow tiles over a hidden picture; tap a tile when the path ahead of its arrow is clear and it slides off, revealing the beads underneath. Clear them all, in the right order, to finish the mosaic. It plays with a tap (or arrow keys and Enter), teaches itself in a short tutorial, and offers three boosters when you are stuck. Full details: Lisa's Tapistry How to Play.

Lisa's Hexscape

A strategic hexagon puzzle in an enchanted twilight garden. Every hex tile points at one of its six neighbors; tap it when its path off the board is clear and it slides away. Later gardens add colored gates that only accept matching tiles, plus frost, switches, and turning hexes. Thirty levels, a deterministic daily puzzle, and full keyboard play (arrow keys walk the grid, Enter clears). It teaches itself in a one-minute tutorial. Full details: Lisa's Hexscape How to Play.

Diamond Dynasty

A baseball franchise sim you play pitch by pitch, across a full season. Batting, swing as the gold ring lands on the ball (tap or press Space); contact depends on where your barrel actually is when the ball gets there. Pitching, every call is one pitch, a type and a location, against a live ball and strike count the hitter is reading too. Player ratings and pitcher fatigue shade every result, and each side gets one bullpen call per game.

Between matches, open Scout Packs, train players, and buy facilities. Win the league title and you are promoted; there are five leagues to climb. Every plate appearance is recorded, so each player carries a season and career stat line. An interactive tutorial with a live practice cage teaches it all before your first match. Full details: Diamond Dynasty How to Play.

Skyroute

SkyRoute Infinite is open-world flight. Pick the forgiving SL-9 Skylark or the fast, slippery SwiftJet 100, choose a region and weather, and fly airport to airport. The short version is simple. Brakes off with B, full throttle with W, rotate at about 65 knots, and land gently for the score. There's even an autopilot on P for when you'd rather enjoy the view. Full checklists: Skyroute How to Play.

Spindrift

Pure vector arcade energy. Rotate with /, thrust with , fire with Space, and save Shift hyperspace for genuine emergencies. Rocks are worth 20, 50, or 100 points by size, saucers 200 or 1,000, and a bonus ship arrives at 10,000. Your best run persists as the "HI" score. Chase it. Full details: Spindrift How to Play.
