Is SkyRoute Infinite free?
Yes. It runs in your browser at skyroute.kluthstudios.com. No download, no install, no account, and true to the tagline, no DLC. Just wings.
Does it work with a gamepad?
No. The keyboard is the supported input, and the whole control scheme is built
around it: arrow keys for pitch and roll, W and S for throttle, and a row of
system keys for flaps, gear, autopilot, and views. The full map is on the
Controls page.
Can I play on a phone or tablet?
It is playable on mobile, but a keyboard is strongly recommended. Flying takes several precise, simultaneous inputs, and that is exactly what a keyboard is good at. Treat mobile as a taxi around the airport; desktop is where you fly.
Is my logbook saved?
Yes, in your browser. Completed flights persist between sessions on the same browser and device. There are no accounts, so the logbook does not follow you to other devices, and clearing site data clears it.
Who is Team Stealth?
The build banner SkyRoute ships under within Kluth Studios, the name on the hangar door, so to speak. Same developer, same studio as everything else on the Skyroute project page.
Is this a study-level simulator?
No, and happily so. SkyRoute Infinite is an arcade-to-realistic spectrum sim built for fun: Arcade mode is a toy in the best sense, Realistic mode makes you earn the runway, and Custom lets you mix your own. It borrows real concepts (rotation speed, density altitude, ILS-style approaches) without asking you to read a thousand-page manual first. This one is only seven pages.
What does "experimental" mean here?
SkyRoute is an active experiment under the Kluth Studios banner: fully playable today, still evolving. Handling, scoring, and features may change between visits; the changelog records the milestones.
Which aircraft should I start with?
The SL-9 Skylark, no contest. It is the forgiving piston trainer; the SwiftJet 100 is the reward for outgrowing it. The full case for each, plus which region to fly first, is on the Aircraft and Regions page.
