What IconTiller does

Arrange with real icons

Insert and shift apps across pages, or swap two apps, including a page/folder exchange. Hover over page numbers during a drag to jump.

Review before writing

Apply checks the device and current layout, saves a fresh backup, and independently reads the full layout back to verify the result.

Revisit your drafts

Search apps and folders, undo and redo edits, and save drafts locally. Folder creation, renaming, and added pages remain draft-only.

Local by design

Artwork comes from the connected phone. No account, telemetry, cloud uploads, or external image service is built into the app.

Getting started

Up and running in three steps

Set up on Windows
Follow Quick Start to run the public source with Python 3.12, or build a portable Windows x64 package. Apple mobile device drivers are required for USB access.

Try Demo, then read your iPhone
Explore sample data without a phone. When ready, connect one iPhone by USB, unlock it, accept Trust, and choose Read iPhone.

Arrange, review, and apply
Make supported swaps or page reorders. Review all affected positions before confirming Apply to iPhone, and wait for the independent verification result.
